BeyerCrafting.dk
accepts payment by mobile pay or via bank transfer & payment must be
received before the item is shipped. (For special orders, payment is made in
advance before work begins). All amounts are in DKK (Danish kroner)

 Delivery

 SHIPPING of non-stock items is within 21 business days.

SHIPPING of stock items within 5 business days in most cases before.

 Right of complaint

 A 2-year right of complaint is given according to the Danish Sales Act.

Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. The customer
must complain within a reasonable time, which is within 2 months after the
customer has discovered the defect or defect.

The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of
the product / service.

 (Should there be a need for repairs to the item due to wear and tear or other
self-inflicted damage, Beyer Crafting offers repairs at favorable prices.)

 The customer covers return costs themselves.

Packages sent on COD are not accepted.

Refund

 If a refund has been agreed, please send us your bank details so that we can transfer the
agreed amount.

Right of withdrawal

 Specially made and non-stock items are not accepted for return and this will be stated on
the invoice if applicable.

There is a 14-day full right of return for stock items.

The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.

You must pay the return costs yourself & shipping costs are not refunded.

Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase and from the cancellation you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after.

The notification must be given by email to info@beyercrafting.dk. In the notification, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right
of withdrawal.

The condition of the item when you return it

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the item. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used,
which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a part or
none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the item.

In order to receive the full purchase price back on the item, you must do the same as you
can in a physical store. You may try the item, but not actually use it.

Delivery terms

The following sales and delivery terms apply to all deliveries from
BeyerCrafting.dk. The terms apply in the event that no other written agreements
have been made between the buyer and Beyer Crafting.

Documentation and instructions

If there are product descriptions and user manuals for the product, these will be
included with the delivery from Beyer Crafting. If the buyer requires further
information or advice from us, this is only for guidance.

Delivery time and transport

Delivery of goods from Beyer Crafting is considered to have taken place when the buyer has
received the goods. All orders are sent with DAO, Postnord, GLS or Brink to a
post office where the buyer can pick up the goods themselves.

The risk of the goods

The risk of goods ordered from Beyer Crafting passes to the buyer when the right of
withdrawal has expired after 14 days from delivery. If the goods have been
damaged or deteriorated after delivery, the buyer retains his right of
withdrawal if the damage or deterioration is not due to negligence or lack of
care on the part of the buyer and can be documented.

Remember tO save the original packaging, as the goods must be returned in the original
packaging in the event of any complaint or damage.

Complaints

Any errors or defects in products/goods delivered from Beyer Crafting must be claimed
within 2 months after the buyer has discovered the error or defect. It is the
buyer’s duty to state and, upon request, show how the error or defect manifests
itself. If the buyer discovers an error, the buyer must contact Beyer Crafting.
The buyer can generally only complain about errors and defects that appear
within 2 years after the goods have been delivered. For goods with a limited
shelf life, the buyer’s right to complain/refund is limited to the shelf life
period that Beyer Crafting has promised the buyer. The buyer, as a consumer,
can choose whether the goods should be repaired or exchanged. The exception to
this general rule is if exchange is impossible or would entail
disproportionately high costs for Beyer Crafting.

Right of withdrawal

Beyer Crafting provides a 14-day right of withdrawal for stock goods, effective from
the day the goods are delivered. If you cancel your purchase, Beyer Crafting
must be notified of this no later than 14 days after delivery of the goods. The
buyer is obliged to return the goods in substantially the same condition and
quantity as received, this also applies to the packaging and information signs
on the goods. The buyer must bear the costs associated with returning the
goods. The buyer can cancel a purchase by returning the goods to Beyer
Crafting’s specified address by agreement; the purchase cannot be canceled by
refusing receipt upon delivery.

Exercise of
the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify Beyer Crafting of his decision
to cancel the order in an unequivocal statement including a copy of the invoice
(e.g. by mail or e-mail).

The withdrawal period is met if the buyer sends his notification of the exercise of
the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If the buyer exercises his right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal
period, Beyer Crafting will refund payments received from the buyer, with the
exception of delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than
14 days from the date on which Beyer Crafting has received the returned goods.
The refund will be made via bank transfer and in any event the buyer will not
be charged any fees as a result of the refund.

The buyer returns the goods at his own expense via a shipping company or physically
delivers them to Beyer Crafting’s address without undue delay and no later than
14 days from the date on which the buyer has informed Solon of the exercise of
the right of withdrawal. The deadline is met if the buyer has sent the goods
before the expiry of the 14 days.

No right of withdrawal applies to services and to goods that are manufactured according to
the buyer’s specifications or have been given a clear personal touch.

Duty to provide information

Agreements (purchase orders) can be concluded in Danish or English and stored by the
company for 5 years, in accordance with the Danish Accounting Act. It is not
possible to access the contract via our website, if you wish to receive a new

Price and payment

At Beyer Crafting, payment is made with mobile pay, via bank transfer or in cash upon
physical collection at Beyer Crafting ADDRESSES. All prices on the web address:
www.beyercrafting.dk are incl. DANISH VAT, but excl. postage/freight. Freight DENMARK is FROM
DKK 80,- / 11€ and includes packaging fee. SHIPPING EUROPE IS FROM 150,- / 20€ & UP
